This website provides access to Seed Of Light Radio Virginia and related information. While the Virginia stream is being finalized, the website may simulcast Seed Of Light Florida. Availability, schedules, features, and content may change at any time without notice.

The website and stream are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for third-party outages, hosting issues, platform interruptions, or your device/network limitations.

2) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seed Of Light Inc. and its directors, officers, volunteers, affiliates, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, service interruption, or device issues arising out of your use of this site or stream.

If any liability is found, our total aggregate liability will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars or the amount you donated in the last twelve months, whichever is greater, unless a higher minimum is required by law.

3) User Conduct & Community Standards

Respectful participation is required across all Seed Of Light spaces (messages, collaborations, and public comments where applicable). Harassment, hate, threats, doxxing, or targeted discrimination are not allowed.

We may remove content, limit participation, block access, or report abuse when necessary to protect safety, privacy, minors, platform integrity, or legal compliance. We are not obligated to monitor all activity.

9) Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us at info@seedoflight.org to attempt an informal resolution. If informal resolution fails, to the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

You and Seed Of Light Inc. waive the right to a jury trial and agree that any arbitration will take place in Virginia (or remotely if agreed), under rules selected by Seed Of Light Inc. that are lawful and reasonable for the dispute.

10) Governing Law & Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where federal law applies. If arbitration is not permitted for a claim, the courts located in Virginia will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
